Once your loan application has been approved subject to loan conditions, PMOA and/or its business affiliates will send you a mortgage approval letter and consumer disclosures by email message or fax. Documents can be signed with Digital Signatures. Once you get your mortgage approval letter, you can start shopping for a new or existing construction real estate.
